Little Yosemite Valley
A view of Nevada falls and Little Yosemite valley above, from the John Muir trail, Yosemite.

This picture was taken in July. John Muir trail is closed during winter because snow and ice covers the upper part of the trail. Early in summer, the trail is opened and the view is awesome. A suggested hike is to hike up along the mist trail, visit Vernal falls, proceed to the top of Nevada falls and then continue to John Muir trail to make a loop.
